Jewelry Care and Repairs Policies

Kimberly James Jewelry designs are intended to be worn and enjoyed daily.  They are meant to bring joy and intent to each day and be worn as a reminder to re-connect to oneself each and every day.  We use high quality metals, hypo-allergenic (i.e. lead free and nickel safe) along with natural gemstones and crystals. 

We recommend removing your jewelry prior to bathing, swimming, or exercising to avoid chemicals and extend the life of your piece.  Store your piece in our anti-tarnish jewelry bags to protect your jewelry and use a polishing cloth to easily remove any build up and return your piece to its original sparkle.

If within 30 days of the original purchase date a Kimberly James Jewelry piece is determined defective, we will repair with like quality materials at no cost with proof of purchase.  Kimberly James Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.

We want you to live in your jewelry and wear our pieces daily.  If an item is determined damaged from normal wear and tear then please contact us at info@kimberlyjamesjewelry.com and we will be happy to repair the item for you.  First, you will be asked to complete and submit a repair form and once the form is received then a Kimberly James Jewelry associate will provide a repairs estimate.  Once the repair estimate is approved by the customer and payment has been processed, then work will be completed. 

All returns of jewelry must be securely packaged (preferably in the original packaging) and must include a completed repair form.  Please contact Customer Service at info@kimberlyjamesjewelry.com to request a repair form.
