US Domestic Shipping

Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Domestic orders are generally processed and shipped via USPS.

International Shipping and Returns

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Kimberly James is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right! Your item(s) may be exchanged for a website credit or refund within 30 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item must be unworn, in the original packaging with Kimberly James Jewelry label attached and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales order number. No returns are accepted after 30 days from when you receive or without the UPC label attached. Website orders cannot be refunded in retail stores.

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be paid for by the customer. All sales are final after 30 days from receipt.

Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.
