Kimberly is a designer and creator of timeless, classic & empowering designs. She blends the beauty and soul of the blue heron; fine materials and craftsmen; and our innate need to self-reflect and find balance into each piece.
Her passion for jewelry & design started at an early age. After college she set jewelry design aside and began a career in marketing and retail store design in Chicago. After several successful years, she and her husband moved to the coastal town of Annapolis and started their family. The coastal charm and life on the water inspired Kimberly to rediscover her love of jewelry design.
It was here that she became captivated by the blue heron, often witnessing their graceful presence while on the water, feeling a profound connection and peacefulness wash over her. This inspiration led her to design her signature heron wing pendant, representing the bird’s symbolic message of self-reflection, patience, and balance.
Each piece carries a story, an invitation to reflect upon the journey of self-discovery, learning to embrace the ebb and flow of life’s currents and serve as a constant reminder to find balance by reconnecting to ourselves so we can positively reflect our true gifts, authentic qualities and take flight.
My business partner Jennifer lives just around the bend from our marina in a cove tucked off the Severn River. We were fast friends when we met years ago and have always been like-minded, understanding each other's perspectives, and supporting each other's dreams.
Her skill set perfectly complements my own in our business and our connection goes beyond just a shared vision for our company; it stems from a deep friendship, a shared love for the water, and a desire to support women!
